Full TimeRemoteLeadTeam 800Since 2009

Role Description You don't need a large team to feel like a big deal. Some of the best revenue leaders we know would rather close one transformational deal than manage a pipeline full of noise. If that sounds like you, this is worth five minutes of your time. We're looking for a Chief Revenue Officer who is, first and foremost, a closer. Not a VP of Sales with a director title change. Not a strategy-deck leader who delegates to quota-carrying reps. We want someone who still gets a quiet thrill from a signed enterprise contract and who has the executive relationships to make that happen. This role is built for someone who: - Has spent years building genuine trust with CMOs, digital transformation leaders, and martech buyers, and can pick up the phone and get a meeting. - Has personally closed complex, high-value deals (not just overseen the team that did). - Thrives operating lean, close to the product, and directly alongside company leadership. - Sees a proprietary AI platform as a genuine competitive advantage, not just a slide to present. You'll own the full revenue motion, from first conversation to signed contract, and have real influence on where this company grows next. This is not a caretaker role. It's a builder role for someone who genuinely enjoys the hunt. Background that tends to resonate: - Enterprise SaaS or martech sales. - AI-driven marketing platforms. - Digital transformation services. - Agency leadership at the enterprise level. The company is profitable, mission-driven, and deliberately selective about growth. The people here are sharp, direct, and serious about what they're building. If you've been in a large organization where great ideas die in committee, you'll notice the difference. All conversations handled with complete confidentiality. If this reads like a role written for you, reach out directly. We'd love to hear about the deals you're proudest of. Qualifications - Proven track record of closing high-value deals. - Strong relationships with CMOs and digital transformation leaders. - Experience in enterprise SaaS or martech sales. - Familiarity with AI-driven marketing platforms. Requirements - Must have work authorization in the US that does not now or will not in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the US. Benefits - Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance. - Generous PTO. - 401(k) with an employer match.

Full TimeRemoteLeadTeam 800Since 2009

Role Description We're Building Something New, and We Need Someone to Help Define It. AI is already reshaping marketing. The real opportunity now isn't adoption. It's how organizations reorganize around it. ContinuumGlobal is at a point where strategy needs to lead that shift. This role isn't about maintaining client plans or refining campaigns. It's about helping define how modern marketing organizations operate in an AI-driven world and translating that into real, executable change for our clients and our business. We're looking for a Head of Strategy who brings a clear point of view, knows how to work at the executive level, and can turn emerging capabilities into practical operating models that teams can actually run. What You'll Own - Strategic Leadership & Operating Model Design - Help clients and prospects rethink how their marketing organizations are structured in an AI-driven environment. - Define AI-enabled marketing operating models that connect strategy, creative, data, and execution. - Identify where current workflows break and map how they should evolve. - Help organizations move from fragmented tools to cohesive, intelligent systems. - Guide how teams should be structured, how decisions should be made, and where AI should be embedded. - Client Strategy Leadership - Lead strategy across key client engagements and elevate how Continuum shows up in the room. - Develop integrated marketing strategies across CRM, lifecycle, email, and omnichannel engagement. - Translate data and insights into a clear direction that clients can act on, not just decks they can admire. - Serve as a senior advisor to stakeholders ranging from Heads of Growth to CMOs. - Push thinking beyond campaigns toward continuous, intelligent engagement. - Ensure strategy connects to execution and measurable outcomes. - Partnership with AI, Data & Analytics - Define the strategic direction and operating model; lead the analytical depth, technical frameworks, and implementation detail. - Ensure ideas are grounded, scalable, and deliver real impact. - Smart Marketing Engine Roadmap - Translate client needs and market shifts into product and capability direction. - Partner with product, AI, and delivery teams to prioritize roadmap decisions. - Ensure the platform reflects how modern marketing teams actually want to work. - Bring a clear perspective on how AI should show up across content, workflows, and decisioning. - New Business & Growth - Shape the strategic narrative for pitches and proposals. - Participate in key conversations with prospective clients. - Help articulate what makes ContinuumGlobal different and why it matters. - Identify opportunities to expand existing relationships through stronger strategic thinking. - Thought Leadership & Market Positioning - Develop clear points of view on AI in marketing and how operating models are changing. - Contribute to content, presentations, and external thought leadership. - Ensure consistency between what we say, what we build, and how we deliver. Qualifications - 10+ years of experience in marketing strategy, agency-side, or in-house. - Strong background in CRM, lifecycle marketing, and data-driven engagement. - A clear, practical point of view on AI in marketing, including how it changes organizations, not just tools. - Experience working with senior stakeholders and leading high-stakes strategic conversations. - Ability to connect high-level thinking to real-world execution without losing either. - Exceptional communicator. You simplify complexity without dumbing it down. - Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments where not everything is fully defined. Requirements - Naturally think about how systems work, not just individual tactics. - Can help a client reframe how their organization should operate, not just what campaign to run. - Are comfortable partnering with technical and analytical leaders without needing to be one. - Bring a strong point of view but stay flexible as ideas evolve. - Care about building something that works, not just something that sounds good. Benefits - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance. - 401k + match. - 3 weeks PTO & 5 floating holidays. - 13 paid holidays. - Paid parental leave. - Fun, caring, collaborative work environment. - Opportunities to develop new skills and progress your career. - Specialized training. - Annual bonus. - $200,000 - $215,000 a year.
