Role Description A fast-growing, regulated fintech is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business across the UK, Europe, and Switzerland. The company is a licensed VASP and payment service provider offering a proprietary platform that bridges traditional banking infrastructure and crypto finance — business IBANs, SEPA rails, open banking, and crypto swap/buy/sell, all in one place. Tasks - What You'll Be Selling: - Named business IBANs for companies in high-risk or digitally-native verticals - Crypto swap, buy/sell, and digital asset infrastructure - Open banking and SEPA payment solutions - API-driven financial integrations for platforms, exchanges, and operators - The Clients You'll Target: - Crypto exchanges and Web3 businesses - iGaming and online gambling operators - FX brokers and trading platforms - E-commerce platforms and high-risk merchants - Any company that has been turned away by a traditional bank Qualifications - 5+ years closing new business in payments, crypto, or fintech — not account management - A real, warm network of decision-makers in one or more of the target verticals - Strong understanding of IBANs, SEPA, payment rails, or crypto infrastructure - The commercial instinct to see an opportunity and move on it without needing direction - Fluent English is required; other European languages are a bonus - Experience with high-risk merchant categories or regulated financial services is a strong plus Requirements - This is a hunter role, full stop. You will join as an individual contributor alongside an existing sales team member and be expected to open doors, build pipeline, and close deals — fast. - The platform sells itself to the right contacts; what we need is someone who already has those contacts and knows how to work them. - If you're the kind of salesperson who starts the morning checking your prospect list, fires off calls before 9am, and measures your week in meetings booked and deals moved forward — this is the role for you.
