• You handle pre-qualified support tickets that cannot be resolved by our Direct Support (remote and on-site at the client) • You resolve software, network, and server issues within our clients’ systems (remote and on-site at the client) • You perform installations and configuration changes at the client that are outside of projects (remote and on-site at the client) • You support the Direct Support team with technical challenges and incidents they cannot resolve on their own • You take responsibility for documenting IT systems and any changes you make to them
