• Drive customer outcomes • Own a portfolio of managed accounts (Business plan) and be accountable for their retention and growth. • Run structured onboarding, adoption, and business review processes — always anchored in the customer's goals and measurable results. • Proactively monitor account health and intervene before problems become churn risks. • Track and present customer metrics in every interaction — usage trends, adoption gaps, ROI signals. • Become deeply fluent in Landbot's AI Agent capabilities and be able to demo and advise customers confidently. • Proactively introduce customers to new features and AI use cases relevant to their business. • Translate customer goals into concrete Landbot configurations and workflows. • Stay current as the product evolves — Landbot is moving fast in the AI space and our CSMs need to move with it. • Identify and execute upsell and expansion opportunities within your account portfolio. • Partner with Sales on high-potential accounts and handoffs. • Flag risk accounts early and lead recovery conversations. • Report on customer engagement, health metrics, and account progress to internal stakeholders. • Surface customer feedback and product gaps to Product and leadership in a structured way. • Coordinate with Support on escalations and complex technical issues.

• As a Sr. Account Executive (English & Spanish) at Landbot, you will own the full sales cycle, from qualification to implementation to closing, working both inbound and outbound opportunities in global markets. • Conduct engaging, value-driven, and customized product demos for inbound and outbound prospects globally, supporting both English and Spanish-speaking markets. • Build and nurture strong relationships and deep understanding of Mid-Market and Enterprise clients in industries such as eCommerce, digital businesses, financial services, and customer engagement. • Understand each prospect’s real pain points, processes, technical needs & constraints and decision-making criteria to position Landbot as the optimal solution. • Own the entire sales cycle independently: qualification, discovery, demo/implementation, negotiation, and closing. • Exceed your monthly revenue quotas, consistently managing a healthy, accurate pipeline. • Structure deals, handle negotiations, and ensure a smooth handover to Customer Success for onboarding. • Guide prospects during the trial period, helping them unlock value and accelerating time-to-close. • Become a power user of Landbot, capable of contextualizing demos based on industry, use-case and channel (Web, WhatsApp, Messenger).

• Co-define Landbot’s technical vision for agentic systems. • Translate high-level product and business problems into concrete agentic architectures and system designs. • Act as a technical reference for agentic patterns, trade-offs, and best practices across teams. • Design and build production-grade agentic systems including context engineering and memory strategies. • Integrate LLMs into backend systems with clear APIs, contracts, and failure modes. • Build guardrails, safety mechanisms, and fallback strategies to ensure predictable behavior in production. • Design scalable backend architectures to support AI workloads at scale. • Build and maintain APIs, services, and data pipelines that power AI agents. • Mentor and guide other engineers working on AI and backend systems. • Participate in architectural reviews and help raise the bar for engineering quality. • Collaborate closely with Product, Data, and Design to turn ideas into shipped value.

• Build and Maintain the Internal Developer Platform • Design and implement core platform services, APIs, and developer tooling using backend technologies. • Build abstractions and automation that enable application teams to deploy, scale, and operate services independently. • Develop internal tools and services that improve developer productivity and reduce operational toil. • Drive Observability and Data Platform Capabilities • Design and implement observability solutions (metrics, logs, traces) for real-time visibility and proactive issue detection. • Contribute to data platform capabilities, enabling teams to leverage data effectively. • Establish SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets to balance reliability with feature velocity. • Enhance Developer Experience and Drive Platform Strategy • Partner with application teams (platform customers) to understand their workflows and pain points, gather feedback, and prioritize improvements aligned with business objectives. • Create and maintain documentation, runbooks, and knowledge bases that reduce knowledge silos and enable self-service. • Drive decisions through written formats (RFCs, ADRs) that document architectural choices. • Lead architectural direction with significant impact on the company's technical foundations.
