This pivotal role involves: - Spearheading engaging content creation - Fostering vibrant community interactions - Strategically expanding our online presence - Nurturing a passionate community around our Retro • Futurism ethos - Ensuring consistent brand messaging - Driving active participation while embodying the spirit of innovation and nostalgia - Potential travel in the future Qualifications - 5+ years of experience managing video game/retro computing communities - Experience in building or actively managing online communities - Understanding of best practices for each social media platform (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.) - Fluent written and spoken English language skills - Independent work style and time management Requirements - Experience with retro games/consoles/hardware preferred - A sizable social following on Twitter, Twitch, or similar relevant platforms
