• Verantwortung für den Ausbau und die operative Umsetzung unserer Vertriebsaktivitäten in der Schweiz • Marktexpansion, Neukundengewinnung und Umsatzsteigerung • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Management und internen Fachbereichen • Aktiver Vertrieb der COLMENA Value Suite (Softwarelösung) und COLMENA Counseling (Fachberatung) • Eigenständige Akquise von Neukunden sowie Betreuung und Ausbau von Bestandskunden • Steuerung des gesamten Vertriebsprozesses – von der Lead-Generierung bis zum Vertragsabschluss • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Erreichung der Unternehmensziele • Verantwortung für Umsatzziele deines Kundensegments • Teilnahme an Messen, Fachveranstaltungen und Networking-Events zur Repräsentation des Unternehmens
• Responsible for expanding and operationally executing our sales activities in Germany • Key contributor to market expansion, new customer acquisition and revenue growth • Central interface between customers, management and internal specialist teams • Active sales of the COLMENA Value Suite (software solution) and COLMENA Counseling (specialist consulting) to corporate clients • Independently acquire new customers as well as manage and grow existing accounts • Manage the entire sales process – from lead generation to contract signing – involving product and sales specialists • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives • Responsible for revenue targets for your client segment • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events and networking functions
