• Partner Recruitment: Identify, engage, and recruit new strategic partners in the eastern region to expand CM.com's partner ecosystem. • Enablement & Education: Train and educate partners on CM.com's product portfolio, value propositions, and sales strategies to ensure they are equipped to succeed. • Sales Execution: Collaborate with partners to drive joint sales opportunities, meet revenue targets, and achieve quota objectives. • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners, acting as their primary point of contact for support and collaboration. • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and partner performance to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies. • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to align partner strategies with CM.com's overall business goals. • Reporting: Provide regular updates on partner performance, pipeline development, and revenue forecasts to the Director of North America.
