CloudTrucks

• Coordinate and manage daily LTL shipments, including scheduling pickups and deliveries • Track and trace shipments, providing updates to customers and internal stakeholders • Monitor shipment performance and proactively resolve service failures before they impact customers. • Resolve exceptions such as delays, damages, or lost freight in a timely manner • Ensure accurate documentation, including bills of lading, proof of delivery, and other inspection documents when applicable • Audit carrier invoices for accuracy, identify discrepancies, and file billing disputes to ensure proper cost recovery. • Assist in process improvement initiatives and system optimizations

• Develop and manage a carrier book of business to align with shipper freight needs • Reach and exceed the required load coverage, volume, service metrics, and revenue goals • Establish multi-dimensional relationships with carrier partners to support the growth of CloudTrucks/CT Exchange network • Develop proactive communication processes for cross-functional collaboration and positive outcomes • Coach and develop next class/junior members of CTExchange Carrier Sales Team • Identify and communicate continuous improvement ideas for process and performance improvement
