• Actively acquire and support new customers while expanding existing business relationships in the areas of electronic components, printed circuit boards, and electromechanical parts • Participate in trade fairs, conferences, and industry events to identify new business opportunities and expand our network • Develop customer-specific sales solutions together with our international team of technical experts • Identify market trends and drive the expansion of our market position in Switzerland • Take responsibility for achieving sales targets and revenue goals within your region • Maintain and update our CRM system (Salesforce) to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer data
• Drive new business and revenue growth for ATE boards and/or MSAP technology in the DACH and BeNeLux regions • Build, manage, and expand long-term strategic customer relationships within the telecommunications and/or semiconductor industries • Develop and execute sales and account strategies to open new markets and target key customers • Lead complex sales cycles and coordinate closely with customers and production partners in Asia and/or Europe on solution and product development • Analyze market and technology trends to adapt sales strategies and identify new growth opportunities • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction, product performance, and continuous improvement • Represent the company at industry events and trade fairs to strengthen market presence and networks
