• Translate campaign plans into detailed project workflows in ClickUp, briefing teams on messaging, objectives, and channel-specific execution requirements • Coordinate asset production across digital, video, and creative teams, reviewing and editing materials to ensure messaging consistency and quality control • Build and send email campaigns, manage social media schedules, and coordinate event marketing, including trade shows, webinars, and roundtables • Monitor lead quality metrics and campaign performance, providing ROI reporting and optimization recommendations to leadership • Manage contractor relationships and internal workflows while supporting sales enablement and executive thought leadership initiatives • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for asset review and final approval
