• Provide high-quality technical and functional support for the Army Training Information System (ATIS) Learning Management System (LMS) • Resolve user issues related to login, course access, navigation, and tool functionality • Manage user accounts and permissions; assist schoolhouse administrators with bulk uploads of student data • Support instructors in setting up course shells and troubleshooting issues • Create and maintain SOPs, knowledge base articles for peers and administrators

• Coordinating internal trouble tickets with engineers while maintaining open and timely communications with both the end user and technical team as they seek resolutions for complex issues. • Act as a liaison between Help Desk and System Engineers; • Answering Help Desk calls; • Responding to ATHD-AESMP tickets • Processing Training Request; • Perform Monthly and ADHOC report formatting.
