Role Description Chime is building one of the most culturally relevant financial brands in the country. This role will define how we show up across sports, music, and entertainment — not as a sponsor, but as a meaningful brand presence that drives measurable business growth. As Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships & Branded Entertainment, you will build and lead Chime’s partnerships function. You will own strategy, brand and talent deals, activation plans, and performance accountability. This role reports to the VP of Brand & Creative and works closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Finance, and Legal to ensure partnerships translate into brand equity, customer acquisition, and long-term value. This is a hands-on builder role. You will personally source, structure, and close high-impact deals while establishing the operating model for a high-performing team. In this role, you can expect to: - Define and scale Chime’s presence across sports, music, and entertainment in ways that make the brand culturally relevant and genuinely wanted. - Identify, structure, and close high-impact partnerships with creators, leagues, teams, athletes, talent, studios, and platforms. - Build a strategic roadmap for how Chime shows up in culture — including tentpole moments, episodic content, long-term brand platforms, and emerging opportunities. - Develop breakthrough activation and collaboration ideas in partnership with Brand & Creative teams that translate into culturally resonant storytelling. - Integrate partnerships into major campaign moments and product launches to amplify brand impact. - Build scalable frameworks for talent and ambassador partnerships, including content expectations and performance incentives. - Own the full lifecycle of partnerships from sourcing through renewal, ensuring long-term relationship health. - Establish clear evaluation criteria and investment guardrails to prioritize the right deals. - Develop measurement systems that track brand lift, engagement, and downstream acquisition impact. - Build the team, operating model, and external partner ecosystem required to grow the function over time. Qualifications - 12+ years in strategic partnerships, branded entertainment, sports marketing, or cultural marketing within leading consumer brands, agencies, or entertainment organizations. - A track record of landing and activating high-profile partnerships and sponsorships that drove meaningful brand relevance and audience growth. - Deep understanding of how modern brands authentically show up in sports and entertainment ecosystems. - Experience structuring and negotiating complex sponsorship, licensing, or talent agreements. - Strong creative instincts paired with commercial judgment — you know how to balance bold ideas with business reality. - Established relationships across leagues, agencies, talent representation, and media platforms. - Experience translating partnerships into integrated campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels. - Builder mentality with comfort operating without heavy infrastructure. - Executive presence with the ability to influence senior leadership while remaining hands-on. Role Description We are looking for a Sr. Full Stack Application Security Engineer with deep expertise in mobile application security to join our Product Security team. This role is hands-on and impact driven. You will work directly with mobile, backend, and platform engineering teams to identify, prevent, and remediate security issues across our iOS, Android, API, and backend systems. You will operate close to the code and close to the product. That means reviewing architectures across the stack, influencing secure design decisions early, and helping teams ship features safely without slowing delivery. This role is for someone who understands how modern distributed systems and mobile apps are built, deployed, and attacked in real-world environments. While mobile application security is a core focus, you will be part of a team that owns security posture across the full application stack including APIs, backend services, identity and authentication flows, and CI/CD pipelines.
