Role Description As a key member of the global Regulatory Affairs team, reporting to the Regulatory Team Lead South Zone, you will operate at the intersection of global regulatory strategy and local market execution. - Collaborate closely with international colleagues across Regulatory, Development, Marketing, and Commercial functions. - Act as the primary regulatory interface for the French organization. - Serve as a trusted advisor to the French Branch Management Team, ensuring regulatory priorities are embedded into business strategy and decision-making. - Own the country-level regulatory strategy with significant business impact. - Represent the organization externally, engaging with industry bodies and building relationships with authorities and stakeholders. Qualifications - A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in agriculture, biology, chemistry, or a related scientific discipline. - Significant experience in Regulatory Affairs, Product Registration within the plant protection or agrobusiness sector. - Experience in mentoring junior regulatory staff is a plus. - Strong and current knowledge of French and EU regulatory frameworks. - Experience in coordinating regulatory activities and managing submissions at country level. - Understanding of French-specific scientific and regulatory requirements. - Experience in owning or significantly contributing to country-level regulatory strategy. - Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Excellent communication skills in French and professional English. - A proactive, ownership-driven mindset. Requirements - Advise and execute the regulatory strategy for France ensuring alignment with EU regulatory direction. - Provide clear guidance on French-specific scientific and regulatory requirements. - Coordinate dossier submissions in France, ensuring timely and compliant delivery. - Manage interactions with French regulatory authorities. - Build and maintain deep expertise in French and EU regulatory frameworks. - Monitor political, regulatory, and societal developments. - Drive continuous improvement and innovation in regulatory processes.
