By 2030, CEO Life will unite 50,000 leaders across 150+ U.S. and global chapters. What You'll Build - Your Revenue Streams: - Personal membership sales commissions - Chapter team performance bonuses - Event and partnership revenue - Renewals that compound over time - Your Responsibilities: - Executive Sales Leadership: Lead by example on the sales floor, prospect, engage, and close CEOs, Founders, and C-suite executives, and coach your Chapter Directors. - Team Leadership & Development: Guide your four Chapter Directors, set standards for outreach and enrollment, and coach your team to close 3–10+ executive-level members per month. - Executive Event Execution: Organize and host monthly signature events for CEOs, drive attendance, and create transformational peer experiences. - Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate sponsorship opportunities and collaborative relationships to generate additional revenue. - Chapter Culture & Member Experience: Foster an environment where executive members feel connected, supported, and valued. - Operational Excellence: Track all prospecting activity, member interactions, and pipeline data in CRM systems.
