Role Description Responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and reliability of business solutions supporting rebate program operations, applicant-facing portals, system integrations, and platform initiatives. The QA Analyst works with Platform Development, Operations, and other stakeholders to validate system enhancements, new functionality, program configurations, and platform migrations prior to release. This role combines business process expertise with quality assurance practices to ensure solutions meet business requirements and deliver a positive customer and operational experience. Responsibilities include: - Test planning and execution - Defect tracking - User acceptance testing (UAT) - Migration validation - Continuous process improvement The ideal candidate brings strong knowledge of rebate operations and business processes, along with the analytical aptitude to quickly learn quality assurance methodologies and solution validation practices. Qualifications - Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to identify risks, gaps, and defects. - Ability to understand end-to-end business processes, systems, data, and customer experiences. - Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to quickly learn new systems, technologies, and testing methodologies. - Ability to document findings and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders. - Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook. - Demonstrated adaptability in a fast-paced environment with evolving business and project needs. Requirements - Experience in rebate processing, program administration, claims processing, or similar operational environments in sustainability market. - Experience participating in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), software implementations, or process improvement initiatives. - Familiarity with quality assurance concepts, testing methodologies, and defect management practices. - Experience validating customer-facing applications, portals, workflows, or other business systems. - Experience supporting platform migrations, system conversions, or business transformation initiatives. - Experience working with project management, requirements, or issue-tracking tools. Education - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, Operations Management, or related field preferred; Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience will be considered. Experience - 3-5 years of experience in rebate operations, program administration, systems support, quality assurance, business analysis, or related business operations. - Previous lead or subject matter expert experience preferred. - Experience supporting cross-functional projects or operational initiatives preferred. Licenses, Certificates or Registrations - IRS Identity Verification Additional Role Expectations - Flexibility and commitment during critical project, release, implementation, and migration periods. - Understands that testing and validation activities are often driven by development, deployment, and business schedules. - Willingness to work additional hours as needed to support business-critical releases, platform implementations, issue resolution, and delivery milestones. - Maintains a strong sense of ownership and accountability for the quality of delivered solutions. Role Description The Senior Coordinator independently manages applicant and stakeholder engagement activities for multiple transportation decarbonization programs for utility or state agency clients. The primary responsibility is to support a given program’s manager to develop materials for program administration, including: - Standard operating procedures - Stakeholder trainings - Internal program trainings Additionally, the Senior Coordinator implements critical program activities such as: - Training staff on program processes - Developing program partner networks - Providing trainings to program partners - Interfacing with program partners To excel in the role, Senior Coordinators must exercise independent judgment over assigned deliverables and activities, have strong process orientation and training skills/experience, and possess excellent interpersonal skills. Qualifications - Experience with standard operating procedure processes, visualization tools, and training. - Experience with network development and communication strategies including use of social media technology alongside other digital marketing tools. - Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to develop high-quality written materials and visualizations. - Experience managing multiple deliverables simultaneously. - Experience developing innovative solutions for complicated operations and/or marketing problems. - Experience communicating progress toward deadlines and achievement thereof. - Demonstrated ability to perform with minimal supervision. - Experience and/or education in electric vehicle, electric utility, distributed energy resource technologies and the relevant regulatory/policy institutions thereof. - Knowledge of the market players. - Experience developing and maintaining tracking systems and preparing reports thereof. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other business software applications. Requirements - Direct industry experience with electric vehicles, charging equipment, and distributed energy resource technologies. - Direct industry experience in marketing for utilities and/or government agencies. - Experience in utility and/or government incentive program administration. - Experience using CRM platforms, such as Salesforce. - Experience facilitating virtual meetings, webinars, and online training platforms. Education - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. - Master’s degree preferred. Experience - 5 years of related experience.
