Collaborative for Academic, Social, and Emotional Learning

• Reporting to the Director of SEL Implementation, the Senior Manager of Professional Learning and Community designs and facilitates high-quality professional learning experiences that support educators and system leaders in implementing social and emotional learning. • Develop and lead professional learning experiences and communities that build capacity for SEL implementation. • Contribute to the design of asynchronous learning. • Provide coaching and consultation to school and district partners, helping translate SEL into actionable practices that strengthen adult practice, student experience, and systemwide implementation. • Facilitate cohort-based and networked learning experiences (e.g., Communities of Practice, district cohorts) that extend learning over time. • Collaborate with CASEL teams to ensure coherence across sessions, materials, and participant experiences. • Partner support and consultation to support SEL implementation aligned with their goals and context.
