• Help define and execute the sales strategy in collaboration with Management • Hunt for new business, expand current business and develop the Philippines market intensively • Develop & maintain relationships at all levels with brands and media agencies • Collaborate with Account & Ops Manager and Creative team to respond to briefs • Accurate pipeline management and revenue accountability • Hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets • Represent Wagawin in the advertising community by participating at industry events

• Assist in the development of strategic marketing initiatives and activities. • Help implement marketing plans that include social media content, email content, and others. • Support the marketing and design teams by coordinating tasks. • Support the marketing team with SEO-related content preparation and initiatives. • Conduct market research to identify marketing opportunities. • Support the marketing manager in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy by setting objectives, organizing promotional assets, and updating calendars. • Help communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to other divisions, and provide instructions for usage and promotion. • Organize and streamline service offerings into user-friendly concepts.

• Conduct one-on-one consultations with customers via video calls or phone to explain their genetic reports • Translate complex genetic concepts into easy-to-understand language tailored to individual customers • Provide actionable lifestyle suggestions based on genetic findings (e.g., nutrition, fitness, supplements) • Address customer questions, concerns, or uncertainties about their genetic data • Create and maintain personalized customer notes and follow-up plans as needed • Collaborate with the support team to resolve any service-related inquiries • Review customer reports to identify key insights and relevant wellness optimizations • Stay up-to-date on the Company's evolving product offerings to integrate new services into consultations

• Support the Branch Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Project Manager, and Vendor team members in all aspects of day-to-day operations to ensure that the day-to-day supply chain business results are achieved. • Ensure all material requisition orders, regular sales orders, and transfer warehouse orders are fulfilled on a regular basis. • Assist, support, and provide backup coverage for all Supply Chain team members. • Understand and execute all Supply Chain activities such as stock take, inventory accuracy in allocation and consumption, material demand, and purchase order. • Assess and manage inventory levels to ensure continuity of supply. • Liaise with project managers, vendors, and suppliers to ensure materials availability. • Communicating with vendors about order status, shipping details and other concerns. • Respond to all vendor inquiries in a timely manner. • Coordinating with Operations Team in Vernon – Logistics, Shipping & Receiving, Production, and QC. • Communicating with Customer Support. • Managing excel logs, documentation, and claims.
