• Monitor, support, and troubleshoot security tools and systems, including SIEM, endpoint protection, and network security solutions (e.g., firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS) • Assist in identifying and addressing security and compliance gaps • Assist with periodic audits of various information systems to determine the appropriate level of access • Develop and audit existing safeguards and protective measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company data • Identify and notify management concerning risk, vulnerabilities, and other security exposures • Document security processes, procedures, and incident response activities • Assist with identity lifecycle management using existing automation tools • Collaborate with IT members to help identify and manage security controls with new projects • Assist in reviewing cloud environments for security risks and support remediation efforts • Work with Managed Detection and Response (MDR) providers to support threat monitoring, investigation, and response activities

• Responsible for directing the technical development and enhancement of behavioral health EHR software solutions • Identifying and prioritizing product opportunities through analysis of provider workflows, regulatory requirements, and integration needs • Gathering and translating functional and technical requirements from clinical stakeholders and compliance frameworks into detailed specifications • Establishing development schedules and collaborating with engineering teams to deliver robust and scalable features • Defining the product roadmap and coordinating cross-functional teams on implementation plans • Ensuring solutions adhere to industry standards such as HIPAA, ONC certification, and interoperability protocols (e.g., HL7, FHIR) • Overseeing continuous improvement of existing modules, focusing on system reliability, security, and performance
