• Determine client needs, recommend the best options to solve challenges • Execute multi-vendor hardware & software to both existing and net new clients • Display expertise in storage, networking, data protection, digital archiving, and other infrastructure technologies • Develop, validate and/or verify rack elevations and cable layouts and lengths • Install server, storage, network and related equipment (“rack & stack”) onsite in remote client locations • Cable and label all types of network cabling within the datacenter environment • Perform general server and network administration to configure basic OS and ILO access • Document all aspects of installation processes from start to finish

• Consult with customers and build advanced IT solutions in HPC/AI and enterprise • Design, build, recommend, and sell the latest technologies in the market • Determine customer needs and recommend the best platforms to solve challenges • Prescribe solutions averaging +$1M annually to various sectors • Design highly optimized solutions for HPC, AI, and ML across disciplines • Consult on enterprise information technology solutions including data storage, data protection, and server/container virtualization • Represent the company in face-to-face and online meetings, technical demonstrations, and conferences • Validate customer deliverables including quotes, proposals, and statements of work • Build long-lasting relationships with vendors, clients, and IT distributors

• Gather client requirements, design optimized solutions • Deploy a new solution or augment an existing HPC/AI solution from the ground up • Consult on and assist with day-to-day management of clients’ research compute infrastructure environments • Maintain HPC/AI infrastructure in Linux-based environments for new and existing clients • Lead technical discussions and be the face to the client in preparation for and during engagements • Validate solution designs, meet client requirements, and ensure they are technically feasible and deployable • Ensure solutions are simple and easy to understand while taking into account the client’s overall capabilities / skills • Scope out and detail professional services deliverables setting clear client expectations • Build documentation and provide knowledge transfer required for clients to support their environments • Display expertise in storage, networking, data protection, digital archiving, and other infrastructure technologies. • Gain advanced expertise of and certifications from the vendors Cambridge uses in our solution stack.
