• Identify and independently approach premium brands in the architecture and design sector • Develop and implement a structured acquisition strategy, from first contact through to contract conclusion • Present the Awards concept persuasively and communicate concrete added value for potential partners • Represent the Callwey Awards at industry events and trade shows • Work closely and cooperatively with the Awards team • Report directly to the Head of Awards Acquisition

• You are responsible for customer acquisition and independently identify potential clients and submitters (planners and manufacturers) as well as cooperation partners for our book and award projects, contacting them by phone or in person. • You persuade potential clients to collaborate and discuss terms and services, build customer relationships strategically, or manage existing clients. • You work closely and cooperatively with colleagues in the Awards and Editorial departments. • Contacts in the fields of interior architecture/architecture, lifestyle/design, crafts, and industry are desirable. • You prepare customer analyses and potential lists.
