Title: Business Systems Analyst Job Description: Business Systems Analyst Category Resource and Budget Management Job Location Chambersburg, Pennsylvania Tracking Code 5411 Position Type Full-Time/Regular CALIBRE Systems, Inc., an employee-owned mission focused solutions and digital transformation company, is looking for a fulltime Business Systems Analyst for time and attendance programs in support of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) in Chambersburg, PA. Tasks include: - Execute contract labor accounting code structures in Automated Time and Attendance Production System (ATAAPS) for DWCF Computing and Telecom Portfolios and the General Fund DISA workforce. - Establish and close tasks, job order numbers, and organization codes in ATAPS to include changes required by reorganization within DISA. - Analyze the system and identify errors and distribute to the appropriate organization for action. Monitor corrective actions and provide updates to leadership. - Ensure requests for ATAAPS contractor labor changes are made in an accurate and timely manner. - Facilitate year-end closeout and new Fiscal Year startup ATAAPS processes. Closely monitor the final posting and reconciliation of data within non-labor, Customer Funds, Labor and Property accounting processing. Provide support in the conversion of accounting code tables within Financial Accounting and Management Information System (FAMIS-CS-Mod) at the end of each Fiscal Year. This role bridges architecture and execution-bringing designs to life through deployment, integration, and optimization. You will work directly with customer stakeholders across high-visibility DoD, federal, or regulated environments to implement scalable, secure, and high-performing platforms.
