• Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary service design work aimed at mapping current state and identifying opportunities for improved future-state service delivery • Support the development and execution of project plans, including schedules, deliverables, and scope • Coordinate across the team to ensure deliverables are completed on time and aligned with client and government standards • Lead development and ongoing management of implementation plans, including: Quality control plans, Communication plans, Knowledge transfer plans • Keep work moving forward across multiple streams without things slipping through the cracks • Ensure deliverables are structured, complete, and aligned with expectations • Proactively identify risks and issues before they become problems • Develop practical mitigation strategies and keep stakeholders informed • Clearly articulate priorities and trade-offs when things get complex • Support a collaborative, well-aligned team environment across disciplines • Resolve resourcing or interpersonal challenges as they arise • Ensure everyone understands what we’re trying to achieve and how their work connects to it.
• Own the full ML lifecycle including feature pipelines, training workflows, model deployment, inference services, monitoring, and retraining • Design and build reliable data and feature pipelines • Build and optimize machine learning models including regression, classification, ranking, and recommender systems • Implement and manage batch scoring pipelines and online inference services • Partner with data scientists to operationalize models • Collaborate with software engineers for integration into production services • Establish observability for ML systems • Design systems for rapid experimentation and safe rollout of new models • Document architecture, establish best practices, and mentor teammates
• Design and develop advanced applications for the iOS platform • Collaborate with product and design teams to define and test new features • Provide stewardship of existing partner SDKs • Optimize app performance and stay updated on mobile tech trends • Test code for robustness and usability • Fix bugs and improve application performance • Explore and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency

This role is based in either New York City (hybrid, in-office Tuesday–Thursday) or Denver, CO (remote). AS A PARTNER SUCCESS MANAGER, YOU WILL: Gain a deep understanding of customers' business priorities, KPIs, and challenges to anticipate partner needs and deliver exceptional service Prepare and present regular performance reports for partners, highlighting key metrics, trends, and insights to instill Button's value Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with advertisers (retailers) and agency partners Build and manage a pipeline for marketing placement upsells, acting as a sales executive on behalf of our publishers to sell marketing inventory on their behalf Develop customized marketing proposals based on available inventory and client objectives, securing budget from top, mid-tier and longtail retailers Manage the full marketing campaign lifecycle, from outreach through negotiation and campaign execution Secure partner adoption of new products,and other initiatives via routine meetings and executive business reviews Craft and execute strategic account plans based on the priorities of partners; identify key areas of risk and growth and optimize strategy accordingly Ensure consistent achievement of quarterly and annual revenue goals Secure contract renewals for existing business Communicate partner feedback to the Button engineering and product team in a fluid and actionable manner in order to drive product development based on partner needs Oversee partner technical implementations in collaboration with Button's solutions engineering team WE LOOK FOR TEAMMATES WHO HAVE: At least 3 years’ demonstrated experience in sales or account management, driving revenue growth for high value, strategic accounts for B2B companies Track record of consistently (over)achieving sales and revenue goals Excellent ability to leverage data and analytics to effectively communicate insights to client stakeholders Strong written and verbal communication skills - including experience creating and presenting executive business reviews Keen attention to detail that ensures systematic organization and reliable delivery Strong focus on speed, delivering results quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy Creative inclination that will help with out of the box ways to surprise and delight Button’s partners A self-motivated attitude: able to take initiative to independently and proactively drive tasks forward A team player mentality: eager and willing to assist colleagues and contribute as needed to achieve team goals Ability to negotiate, communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Experience evangelizing new products COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Button’s total compensation package includes a base salary competitive with what is offered by similar companies in major US markets. The salary range for this role in the United States is expected to be between $100,000 - $150,000, plus bonus (offered salary is based on a number of factors including skills and experience relative to the job description listed above). In addition, Button provides employees with a 401(k) plan and automatically contributes 3% of an employee’s salary annually. • Design, test, and iterate on machine learning models that power recommendation, ranking, routing, and monetization • Own A/B testing strategy and causal measurement for product features and partner performance • Partner with engineers to productionize models and integrate them into live systems • Build analyses, dashboards, and tools that inform product strategy and customer outcomes • Define metrics and success criteria for new initiatives • Deep dive into product and user data to derive actionable insights and size opportunities to improve products, strategy and operations, influencing roadmaps through insights and recommendations • Help establish foundational data practices and help scale our analytics infrastructure to support rapid iteration and decision-making as our products grow leveraging our existing technical stack • Raise the bar for statistical rigor and experimentation across the company
• Develop intuitive, performant user interfaces using React and TypeScript, alongside scalable APIs and backend services • Collaborate with a cross-functional team to develop new features within our core platforms • Work with product managers to translate user and partner requirements into technical designs • Contribute to the design of backend services and data models that support our applications • Deliver the full-stack functionality that enables Button’s largest partners to launch and monitor commerce programs • Maintain a “mystery-free” production environment
