Title: National Service Line Director, School Based Services Location: Kansas City United States Job Description: Job Description: Job Summary: Responsible for strategic leadership, oversight, quality, and growth of school-based behavioral health programs across all markets. This position ensures consistent delivery of high-quality, 3-tier mental health services within K-12 school settings. This position will work closely with market leaders across the enterprise to ensure high-quality school-based programming is delivered consistently. Will support the oversight of clinical, administrative, and programmatic functions; ensure compliance with contractual, accreditation, and legal standards; guide program expansion; and support excellence in school and community partnerships. Essential Job Functions: - In partnership with market leadership teams, provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for all SBS programs across the enterprise. - Ensures high-quality program delivery, evidenced-based practices, and continuous improvement across all SBS. - Supports development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the Centerstone SBS model. Assists with workflows to support quality, efficiency, compliance, and exceptional client outcomes. - Serves as a content expert on the school-based services model, youth mental health, trauma-informed care and prevention/early intervention frameworks. - Serves as a main point of contact for market and regional school-based directors to ensure alignment of program delivery and adherence to best-practices. - Assists with the development and implementation of Tier One interventions for the organization. - Represent Centerstone as a subject matter expert locally, nationally and internationally. - Leads data-driven quality measurement for SBS programs including outcomes, partner and client satisfaction and program fidelity. - Participates in budgeting, forecasting, staffing and resource allocation discussions for SBS alongside market leadership teams. - Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams including CQI, HR, Finance, IT and Operations to support program and organization success. - Collaborates to ensure programs meet ethical and clinical standards in compliance with organizational and state accreditation requirements. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: - Effectively communicate via written, verbal, in person and virtual methods. - Demonstrates high-level customer service skills and professional etiquette. - Demonstrate knowledge and competency in school-based services best practices. - Competency in SBS program development, implementation, evaluation and scaling. - Ability to build strong relationships with school administrators, community stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams. - Strong leadership, coaching and team-building skills. - Ability to use data for decision-making, planning and quality improvement. Experience and Education Qualifications: - Master's degree in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Social Work, or related field required - Five years of related school-based services leadership experience required. - Clinical licensure preferred (LPC, MCSW, LMFT, etc.) Supervisory Requirements: - Communicate the strategic direction of the organization and encourage participation by all team members. - Provide leadership and guidance to all aspects of the department. - Take an active role in monitoring the identification, development, and execution of strategic objectives. - Involve, as appropriate, all team members to achieve goals. - Effectively communicate to team members any changes and newsworthy events within the department or company. - Handle difficult team member situations directly, using appropriate discretion and Human Resource advice to show respect for the individual - Champion change and effectively manage the implementation of new ideas. - Reinforces team approach throughout functions; support and solicit input from team members at all levels within the company. Employment Requirements: - Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check. - Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment. - All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter. - Current driver's license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance. • Provide individual, group, family, and other practical counseling in various settings to meet client needs and treatment goals. • Complete intake/screening and comprehensive assessments within designated time frames. • Determine and document diagnoses based on comprehensive assessments. • Develop individualized treatment plans in accordance with state regulatory standards. • Participate in clinical staffing and treatment meetings, providing feedback on pertinent cases. • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure authorized services are approved. • Document all services provided in compliance with state regulations. • Assist clients through the transition process and complete necessary correspondence. • Represent the agency professionally within the community. • Handle crisis situations and coordinate emergency services as needed. • Facilitate group counseling, education, and individual sessions, including specialty services.

• Enterprise revenue strategy across a $1B+ healthcare system • Negotiation of high-impact Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer contracts • Development of value-based reimbursement models • End-to-end revenue cycle performance across multi-state operations • Optimization of reimbursement, cash flow, and revenue integrity • Alignment of revenue strategy with market expansion and service line growth

• Provide senior-level oversight of accounting, financial controls, and compliance, ensuring audit readiness and GAAP-compliant reporting. • Lead financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, to support organizational priorities and growth initiatives. • Strengthen financial acumen among operational leadership by providing training and decision-support tools. • Supervise and mentor a team of regional finance officers and analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. • Prepare and present financial results at board and executive meetings, translating complex financial information into understandable insights. • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle leadership to enhance revenue recognition consistency across the organization. • Direct the development and implementation of financial processes and tools that promote innovation and best practices. • Align state-level financial strategies with corporate finance leadership and drive process improvements. • Monitor financial implications of legislative and regulatory developments impacting operations and escalate material risks as appropriate. • Provide financial support for mergers, expansions, and strategic transactions, including analysis, due diligence, and post-transaction integration.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive annual fund program to increase donor and dollar growth • Collaborate with the Director of Development to establish regional annual fund goals • Cultivate and steward annual gifts of $1,000-$9,999 • Maintain contact with key annual giving donors, ensuring a strategic cycle of requests • Support regional fundraising activities, including community giving days and employee giving programs • Contribute to prospect research activities and manage assigned prospects/programs • Produce regular fundraising reports to track funding and make adjustments as needed
