• Supervises daily construction work performed at job site. • Coordinates, directs, and leads workers engaged in construction activities. • Supervise crews to obtain top quality workmanship and efficiency. • Recognizes and communicates any project priorities or issues to the Project Coordinator and Program Manager. • Reviews and verifies crew time sheets and expenses. • Manages and accounts for site petty cash, credit cards, debit cards and checks. • May also engage in the same construction trades work as the workers being supervised. • Coordinates and manages in-country accommodations and non-work aspects provided by company to each of the on-site team.
