Role Description We are looking for a motivated and creative Marketing & Brand Associate to own our digital presence and support brand growth as we scale across Maryland. This is a part-time role with real ownership and direct visibility with company leadership. The right candidate will have the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the company expands. Responsibilities - Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram and Facebook - Design graphics, flyers, and promotional materials using Canva - Manage and maintain our Google Business profile - Assist with email marketing campaigns via Mailchimp - Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print platforms - Research local marketing opportunities, community events, and partnership possibilities - Track and report weekly social media metrics and campaign performance to leadership - Support the development of marketing materials for new service launches and regional expansion Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or a related field (or equivalent education) - Proficiency in Canva (required) - Working knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, and Google Business - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently - Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment - Experience with Mailchimp is a plus - Experience in a service-based or small business environment is a plus Benefits - Competitive part-time pay at $15–$20/hr. based on experience - Direct mentorship from company founder and senior leadership - Real ownership of brand and marketing initiatives - A front-row seat to a company scaling across multiple states - Clear path to full-time employment as the company grows - Flexible schedule within core operations Monday through Thursday Schedule 15–20 hours per week. This role is performance-based and designed for individuals who are confident, driven, and comfortable engaging with people in person. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing service jobs, securing recurring contracts, and representing the company in your assigned territory.
