• Lead qualitative, quantitative, cultural, and secondary research initiatives • Design and manage full-cycle research programs (surveys, focus groups, interviews, online communities, stakeholder research) • Moderate qualitative engagements across diverse audiences and stakeholders • Translate research findings into clear, actionable strategic insights • Partner with strategy, creative, digital, and account teams to inform campaigns and brand narratives • Develop measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting • Analyze communications effectiveness and provide optimization guidance • Leverage AI-enabled tools to accelerate insight development and analytics workflows • Support new business efforts with research-backed narratives and opportunity framing • Help build scalable tools, processes, and insights capabilities across the agency
