• Ambitious hunter with upside focusing on driving new customer trials and closing near-term revenue. • You will be responsible for managing accounts through the entire sales cycle (Full Life Cycle Sales), with the support of the entire company. • Expected to leverage any existing relationships with IT/Security buyers to help introduce Bolster to new accounts. • Prospecting for new business - Engaged in good CRM hygiene with salesforce and creating effective client campaigns in email, phone with follow-ups. • Ability to understand competitive positioning and value proposition in an exciting market. • Present the Bolster Platform to CISOs, Director of IP and Trademarks, Head of Trust & Safety • Work closely with Sales Engineers to meet or exceed sales targets.

• Apply a data-driven approach to a wide variety of signals to identify emerging Cybersecurity fraud trends and tactics. • Developing ideas for new products or features by monitoring industry developments and executing quick proof of concepts. • Take advantage of efficiencies from AI coding tools and AI first mind-set to solve customer pain points • Participate in the full development cycle: design, develop, test, analyze, and deploy. • Design, implement, and maintain scalable and high-performance APIs and backend systems. • Experience working with microservice architecture and containerized services. • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, QA engineers, and customer-facing teams, to deliver high-quality software. • Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Drive value realization by aligning Bolster’s solutions with customer outcomes — continuously uncovering use cases and opportunities to expand adoption. • Own a portfolio of enterprise and mid-market customers, ensuring success across varied business needs and engagement styles. • Serve as a trusted advisor — leading Executive Business Reviews, sharing best practices, and ensuring customers gain measurable value from Bolster. • Act as a first line of support for key accounts, triaging issues, guiding troubleshooting, and collaborating with Engineering and Support to ensure rapid resolution. • Communicate across channels (Slack, Zoom, email, ticketing, and community forums) while balancing multiple customer priorities with poise. • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to deliver a seamless customer experience. • Identify patterns and insights across your customer base — surfacing common challenges, feature requests, and success stories to inform product development. • Contribute to scalable success by crafting playbooks, templates, and customer-facing resources. • Champion adoption, expansion, and renewal, driving customer satisfaction and growth across your book of business.

• Review the latest threats targeting Bolster's customers and prospects. • Analyse online content across multiple platforms including web, social media, apps stores, website building platforms, etc. • Train Bolster's AI engine with based on the latest threats. • Investigate online activity and infrastructure to determine the fraud source. • Engage with hosting providers, registrars, registries, etc. to shutdown online threats. • Track ongoing enforcement efforts and content change. • Provide support and written responses to customer queries and requests via tickets. • Support sales and customer success teams with threat intelligence for customers and prospects • Generate monthly and ad-hoc reports summarizing metrics and trends targeting customers and prospects. • Respond to security alerts to support issue resolution and minimize the impact of security events. • Research security issues and work with internal teams to find and track resolution. • Help manage and improve the issue-tracking process. • Create and enhance operational metrics to ensure the security programs are effective.
