What The Work Actually Looks Like - Every morning you start with a pipeline full of women who already want what we offer. - Your job is to have real, human conversations with them. - Understand where they are, what's holding them back, and help them take the step they're already leaning toward. - This is high volume phone sales on a proven process that works. - The offer is strong. Qualifications - 6+ months in an SDR, BDR, or high-touch sales role, or proven experience selling your own products. - Exceptional on the phone. Not just comfortable.
