• Collaborate closely with fellow engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to design, build, and support robust platform solutions • Architect, deploy, and manage Kubernetes clusters on AWS and/or Azure • Design and implement CI/CD pipelines that deliver high-quality code at speed • Build automated infrastructure with Terraform and other IaC tools • Lead cloud migration and modernization efforts, including re-platforming legacy workloads (Java, .NET, ETL, databases) to modern cloud-native services • Automate scaling, deployment, and management of containerized applications • Monitor, troubleshoot, and fine-tune system performance to ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, and resilience • Implement proactive monitoring solutions that detect and prevent outages • Translate complex client requirements into scalable, automated solutions • Contribute to team knowledge-sharing, peer reviews, runbooks, and process improvement efforts • Support and maintain secure, compliant, and resilient infrastructure for critical systems

• Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring work is clearly defined, prioritized, and aligned with product strategy and platform goals. • Translate product vision and complex requirements into actionable epics, features, and user stories for engineering teams. • Collaborate closely with architects, engineers, and leadership to shape platform capabilities and technical direction. • Define and maintain the product roadmap, aligning development priorities with business objectives and platform evolution. • Facilitate product planning activities including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure efficient delivery. • Monitor progress toward product goals, adjusting priorities and scope as needed to maximize impact and delivery outcomes. • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, working with engineering leadership to resolve issues and keep delivery on track. • Evaluate opportunities to improve platform capabilities, scalability, security, and operational efficiency. • Contribute to the evolution of BSC Analytics’ AI platform, helping identify new capabilities, workflows, and automation opportunities. • Support and collaborate with engineering teams, fostering clarity around priorities and enabling effective execution.

• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces for the BSC Analytics AI platform • Integrate front-end components with backend services, APIs, and data pipelines • Build and maintain data-driven interfaces and visualizations that present complex information clearly • Optimize performance for data-intensive applications and real-time workflows • Write and maintain unit and integration tests for front-end components • Debug and resolve issues related to data presentation, performance, and interactivity • Collaborate with engineers and product teams to deliver new platform capabilities and improve user experience

• Design and implement continuous integration and continuous deployment frameworks from code to deploy • Design and implement automated provisioning and configuration frameworks in support of infrastructure-as-code • Design, implement, configure and manage system monitoring solutions that alert teams to problems before customers are impacted • Work closely with customers and other team members to understand complex requirements and translate them into automated solutions • Provide support to ensure mission critical applications and components are being monitored and meet security, reporting and retention requirements as well as disaster recovery requirements of clients • Support team members

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs to support AI/ML-powered applications. • Collaborate with AI/ML teams to productionize models, ensuring performance, security, and reliability. • Implement best practices for security, performance, and scalability across backend systems. • Build robust observability — monitoring, logging, and alerting — for deployed applications. • Partner with cross-functional teams (frontend, product management, DevOps, ML engineers) to deliver high-quality features on time. • Stay on top of emerging technologies and advocate for smart adoption that keeps us ahead of the curve.
