We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Lead to join our growing Sales team, where you will play a key role in shaping strategic customer relationships and driving adoption of cutting-edge cryogenic technologies across the quantum and high-tech manufacturing industries. The tasks will include leading strategic technical engagements with key enterprise clients across the U.S. and Canada, where you will manage complex roadmap discussions in cryogenics and measurement infrastructure while aligning Bluefors solutions to evolving customer needs. You will develop and execute account technology strategies that connect customer objectives with Bluefors’ business goals, taking ownership of opportunity creation and long-term sales development. In this role, you will establish and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships in close collaboration with the account team, actively driving collaboration initiatives within key accounts. You will also work closely with internal sales and technical teams to ensure seamless and high-quality customer experience. Acting as the customer advocate, you will resolve issues efficiently, coordinate cross-functional resources, and contribute to the development of best practices that support sustained technical partnerships. You will also monitor market and competitor trends to identify new business opportunities and help influence strategic direction, along with performing additional duties as assigned. We are looking for a person with a minimum MSc-level degree in applied or technical physics, or equivalent strong experience in quantum computing or a closely related technical field. You should bring proven experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, ideally within scientific instrumentation or advanced technology environments. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to clearly translate complex technical concepts into customer value. We expect strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You must be willing to travel as needed and have excellent command of English, both written and spoken. We also appreciate candidates who have a background in scientific research or R&D, as well as documented experience in technical sales of scientific instrumentation. Familiarity with cryogenic systems, particularly dilution refrigerators, is highly valued. A positive, hands-on attitude and strong execution skills will help you succeed and stand out in this role. While candidates in California are preferred, we also consider those who reside in Maryland, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Virginia, and Washington. We offer a generous benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), training, tuition reimbursement, vacation, and Paid Time Off (PTO). We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Manager to join our growing Sales team. In this high-impact role, you will develop and lead strategic customer relationships with major enterprise clients in the quantum technology and high-tech manufacturing sectors. You'll drive long-term account growth, manage complex sales cycles, and represent cutting-edge cryogenic technologies to some of the most innovative companies in the world. Our office is in Brooklyn NY, but for this position we're looking for a remote employee to work with our US west coast customers in the state of California. Candidates must reside in California to be considered. Please note that this role requires the ability to travel more than 50% of the time.
