Role Description We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Manager – Paralegal & Legal Operations to support the Legal team across corporate, commercial, compliance, and operational matters. This role will partner closely with internal stakeholders to manage legal processes and operations, including: - Contracts administration - NDA review and negotiation - Corporate governance support - Compliance coordination - Legal operations activities The ideal candidate is a proactive problem solver, detail-oriented, business-minded, and capable of operating independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong legal and operational discipline. Role Overview We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager who combines strong technical depth with relentless execution. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role at the center of Blaize's Program Management and Business Operations Office, driving strategic initiatives and building a structured, scalable PMO operating model across product, engineering, sales, GTM and roadmap execution. This role will serve as a key operational bridge between Product and Sales, ensuring roadmap priorities, customer opportunities and GTM execution stay tightly aligned.
