• Develop, write, and manage high-quality content across multiple channels. • Craft compelling messaging from short-form promotional copy to long-form storytelling. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to execute content strategies. • Optimize campaigns based on performance insights. • Ensure all communications are aligned, timely, and impactful.

• Support Nursing by delivering ongoing education and reinforcing practice • Partner with Nursing leadership, IT, and L&D to ensure education and training are addressed • Plan and deliver ongoing nursing education, including quarterly in-services and targeted learning initiatives • Evaluate nursing workflows to identify opportunities for improvement

• Responsible for generating and growing patient referrals by building relationships with physician offices, referral coordinators, and clinical staff. • Focus on proactive outreach through phone, email, and virtual engagement to educate healthcare providers on infusion therapy services. • Collaborate with field sales teams, intake teams, and clinical staff to drive referral growth across targeted specialties.
