• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with company growth goals. • Create, manage, optimize, and scale paid campaigns on: LinkedIn Ads, Facebook/Meta Ads. • Manage and allocate monthly ad budgets effectively. • Conduct strategic audience segmentation (B2B and/or B2C). • Track and analyze KPIs such as CPL, CTR, CPC, conversions, and ROI. • Build and optimize conversion funnels. • Continuously refine campaigns based on performance data. • Develop a strategic content calendar aligned with campaign objectives. • Align organic and paid strategies to maximize results. • Coordinate content production (graphics, videos, etc.). • Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing initiatives. • Identify new digital growth opportunities. • Maintain brand consistency across platforms.

• Provide ABA services, Supervision, and Parent training for children with Autism, IDD and their caregivers. • Conduct Initial Assessments and Reassessments (VB MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS…) • Design and update behavioral programs to fill the learner needs. • Supervise and train ABA technicians; implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with ABA technicians. • Monitor fidelity of implementation of behavioral goals. • Responsible for clinical oversight of behavioral intervention plans.
