• Complete assigned daily transactional tasks accurately, consistently, and on time • Execute routine operational activities in accordance with established processes and guidelines • Demonstrate strong attention to detail when processing tasks, reviewing data, and maintaining records • Support small and/or non-complex clients, tasks, or projects under direct supervision • Assist with medium- and long-term tasks as directed by management • Contribute to assigned projects by completing defined components or deliverables • Maintain organized documentation, records, and supporting materials • Use Microsoft Office tools (including Excel, Word, and Outlook) to support daily tasks and reporting needs • Follow instructions and escalate questions or issues to appropriate team members • Participate in training and learning activities to build role-specific knowledge and skills
