• Manage, configure, and optimize HubSpot Service Hub, ensuring governance and data quality. • Create and maintain pipelines, tickets, workflows, SLAs, and dashboards, structuring processes for CX, CS, and support. • Develop strategic metrics and reports to monitor the customer journey and support leadership. • Implement integrations between tools and build automations focused on customer support and success. • Drive continuous improvements to the customer experience, supporting scalable, data‑driven processes. • Support training on tool usage, promoting best practices and operational efficiency.

• Conduct onboarding, offboarding, vacation and leave processes, ensuring compliance with labor legislation and internal policies. • Manage and reconcile electronic timekeeping records, address inconsistencies and support payroll closing. • Support payroll processing by verifying payroll events, statutory charges and bank integrations. • Prepare reports and provisions (vacation accruals, 13th-month salary and related charges), providing information to support decision-making. • Handle submission and verification of statutory filings and ancillary obligations (eSocial, FGTS Digital, DCTFWeb, among others). • Provide support to employees and managers for questions related to labor routines and payroll. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement, driving efficiency, standardization and better organization of the department's processes.
