• Serve as the complete technical owner for the BeatStars Mobile practice. • Actively design, write, review, and ship production mobile code — this is a hands-on leadership role. • Define and document mobile engineering standards, patterns, and best practices. • Ensure performance, reliability, and maintainability across our mobile applications. • Partner closely with Product and Design to translate PRDs into clear mobile execution plans. • Help architect scalable mobile systems that support BeatStars’ global creator marketplace and fan ecosystem. • Audit existing mobile systems and proactively identify opportunities to reduce tech debt and improve performance. • Write production-ready mobile code regularly — this is a hands-on leadership role. • Establish processes for enforcing standards through code reviews, CI/CD, and documentation. • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ship mobile features predictably and reliably. • Serve as a technical mentor to the mobile engineering team.
