Role Description We are seeking a full-time Senior National Channel Manager. The base salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 annually plus uncapped commissions. The Senior National Channel Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the company’s indirect sales channels across the country. This role focuses on building strong relationships with channel partners (e.g., resellers, distributors, agents), driving revenue growth, and ensuring alignment with overall sales strategy in the telecommunications sector. - Develop and execute a national channel sales strategy to drive revenue growth and market expansion - Identify, recruit, onboard, and manage channel partners including VARs, MSPs, distributors, and telecom agents - Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partner organizations - Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for channel partners - Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to support partner success - Conduct regular business reviews and performance evaluations with partners - Drive partner enablement through training, certifications, and sales tools - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and partnership agreements - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs within the telecom industry - Forecast channel sales and provide accurate pipeline reporting - Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations - Perform other tasks as assigned Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Telecommunications, or a related field preferred - 7+ years of experience in telecom sales, channel management, or partner ecosystems - Proven success driving channel sales performance and sustained revenue growth - Deep knowledge of telecom products and services, including connectivity, VoIP, and cloud communications - Experience managing indirect sales models and large, geographically dispersed partner networks - Strong strategic selling skills, including pipeline forecasting, market analysis, and competitive positioning - Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities across stakeholders - Proficiency with CRM tools for lead tracking and follow-up - Ability to travel as needed Benefits - Competitive salaries - Access to our 401(k) profit sharing retirement plan - Paid holidays, vacation, and sick leave - Voluntary group medical, dental, and vision insurance - Company paid life and disability coverage

The Advanced Resolution Center Technician Tier III is an advanced technical position called upon to solve data, VoIP and managed services issues within the Client Services department, handling escalated calls as needed. The ARC Transport – III representative will analyze, troubleshoot and resolve all technical physical issues for repair related, and installation connectivity issues. May remotely troubleshoot customer's equipment or simply educate customers. Responsible for ensuring first call resolution whenever possible. This position is also responsible for all elements related to the coordination of vendor dispatches necessary to install or repair voice and data services for customers. Duties of this position include, but are not limited to the following: - Understands functionality and equipment setting specifications for modems/routers, PBX systems, Hosted/VoIP phones, etc. Comprehends firewall functionality from the responsibility of the client to the company. - Knowledgeable in reading and fully understanding SIP messaging and call PCAPs - Experience troubleshooting Adtrans and performing VoIP debug troubleshooting in Adtrans - Able to troubleshoot and understand the full spectrum of a VoIP network from customer end points to SBCs and soft switches. - Contacts client sites as necessary to coordinate equipment delivery, site access, or other activities necessary to successfully install or repair the voice or data services being provided by Lingo. - Ensures that the appropriate Lingo systems are updated with timely and accurate notes relating to vendor scheduling and site activity. - Perform other tasks as assigned. This position is also responsible for all elements related to the coordination of vendor dispatches necessary to install or repair voice and data services for customers. - Investigate data and VoIP issues including verification of configuration settings (static vs. dynamic), Firewall settings, bridge mode vs PPPOE, etc. - Monitor real-time data activity via SolarWinds while responding to all VoIP, data and/or transport outages. - Possess advanced knowledge about the functionality of standard data products including broadband, fiber, PBX, PRI, and hosted platforms. - Utilize the 7 data layers in troubleshooting client trouble reports and perform troubleshooting diagnostics through to resolution. - Act as a primary liaison between approved vendors, back office departments, and client sites to ensure timely and efficient deployment and repair of services. - Manage availability across rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. - High ability to multitask with inbound calls while managing ticket buckets with regular communication and updates. - Respond to complex inquiries and complaints, investigating the situation and following each transaction through to completion. - Perform other duties as assigned.
