• Identify and generate sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound activities • Engage and qualify all prospective customers • Conduct daily hunter-focused prospecting including 50+ warm calls per day • Follow up on in-bound leads and identify qualified opportunities • Ensure successful follow-through of sales cycle activities in AWP’s CRM • Work with AWP Account Manager and Operations team for scheduling, billing, and follow up • Handle customer escalation issues
• Full‑Stack Observability: Trace requests from browser to code to database. • Incident Lifecycle: Join blameless post‑mortems and help implement “never‑twice” fixes. • AIOps: Use Dynatrace’s predictive AI to find “the needle in the haystack” before an outage occurs. • Scalable Infrastructure: How to manage monitoring for thousands of hosts without manual intervention. • Observability‑as‑Code: Help deploy and configure Dynatrace OneAgent and ActiveGates with automated tooling. • SLI/SLO Implementation: Define and instrument user‑centric metrics and objectives in Dynatrace. • AI‑Assisted Troubleshooting: Combine Davis® AI with Copilot/Claude to identify root causes and reduce MTTR. • Dashboard Engineering: Build actionable, real‑time dashboards for application and cloud health. • Automation & Scripting: Write Python/Bash to trigger self‑healing or response playbooks from alerts.
• Support the preparation of monthly or quarterly financial report-outs. • Assist with consolidating data, analyzing variances, and identifying trends that influence business decisions. • Gain hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and operational financial modeling. • Partner with Operations, Accounting, HR, and other departments to understand how field and corporate activities translate into financial impact. • Participate in reviewing financial results tied to workforce planning, resource utilization, and operational efficiency. • Receive one‑on‑one mentorship from Senior FP&A leaders. • Attend workshops, panels, and intern networking events. • Participate in our “Journey‑to‑the‑Job” series to hear from seasoned executives, sharing their diverse career paths within the organization.
• Assist in developing Total Demand models that include MQL, SQL, Retained demand, and job schedule intensity • Develop contribution margin analytics to project price and efficiency impacts • Identify capacity gaps driving crew mobilization, rentals, and other Cost of Sales metrics • Consolidate customer contracts into a dashboard for commercial use • Assist in developing account level retention data • Create retention dashboards based on rate cases, federal funding programs, and competitive take-out • Build dashboards and models using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar • Support enterprise-level initiatives tied to growth planning and profitability • Assist in scenario modeling for new market entry and territory expansion by researching and reporting on Construction and Traffic Control TAM
