Role Description Auxly is seeking a Territory Manager to lead our retail execution and sales growth in the Golden Horseshoe region of ON. In this remote role, you’ll bring your proven track record in CPG or similar industries to a fast-paced and evolving cannabis space. Reporting to the Provincial Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Auxly — building strong retail partnerships, uncovering new growth opportunities, and executing sales strategies that drive performance. If you thrive on autonomy, relationship-building, and achieving results, we want to hear from you. This is a remote position that requires regular in-person visits across the territory. Candidates should live within the Golden Horseshoe region to ensure efficient coverage and local relationship-building. Role Responsibilities - Develop strong, long-term relationships with retail teams – Regional Managers, Store Managers, Inventory Managers, and Budtenders - Achieve sales and distribution targets within assigned territory - Identify new sales opportunities that support distribution, volume, and market share goals - Build deep product knowledge to support effective consumer and retailer engagement - Deliver clear, tailored communication and execute persuasive selling strategies - Create and maintain a strategic, efficient route plan aligned with regional priorities - Actively manage a CRM system to document customer interactions, maintain call frequency, and track performance metrics - Execute brand visibility initiatives to enhance consumer awareness and drive sell-through - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to share insights and support provincial growth - Provide weekly reporting on trade activity, sales progress, and competitive insights - Ensure accurate and compliant use of territory budgets in line with company policies - Maintain a standard 40-hour work week, with the flexibility to accommodate occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight travel as business needs require What You’ll Do - Own and grow your territory by cultivating strong, long-term relationships with Store Owners, Managers, Regional Leaders, Inventory Managers, and Budtenders - Consistently meet or exceed key performance indicators - Identify new sales and opportunities that will boost product presence and consumer engagement - Apply your industry experience and product knowledge to influence buying decisions and support sell-through - Deliver high-impact sales presentations and retail visits using consultative selling techniques - Maintain an effective and efficient route plan that reflects strategic coverage of the region - Use your CRM expertise to track activities, customer engagement, call cycles, and key metrics - Implement brand activation and merchandising programs that resonate at the store level - Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team by sharing market insights and best practices - Deliver timely and insightful weekly reporting on wins, challenges, and progress toward KPIs - Manage your territory budget with discipline and integrity. Qualifications - 2–4 years of success in territory or field sales within the CPG, beverage, or related industries - Experience in or exposure to the cannabis sector is a strong asset - Strong ability to build trust and influence decision-makers at all levels - Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook - Previous CRM experience required - Independent, organized, and driven to exceed targets - Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills - Comfortable with travel across the region, including some evenings and occasional overnights - Valid driver’s license and reliable, well-maintained vehicle - Willing to obtain and maintain a valid Cann-Sell certification Benefits - Empowerment to take ownership of your region - Opportunity to leverage creativity and build meaningful relationships - Visible impact in an evolving market
