• Ensure the highest quality standards and practices are brought to all aspects of client work • Develop content ideas in collaboration with engagement team members for the client • Write and develop content for a variety of communications to support client engagements and in alignment with the voice and key messages of the client. • Collaborate with content owners on the engagement team to create materials as part of a cohesive engagement work product • Contribute editing expertise for team deliverables to ensure consistent voice and messaging, the flow of content, and ensuring communications are grammatically correct • Contribute copy for websites, newsletters, sales collateral, emails, social media posts, video scripts, and other written media • Review and/or edit other writers’ copy or content, as needed • Perform copy edits based on team and/or client feedback • Other duties as assigned

• Provide general administrative support to client teams and client meeting coordination • Summarize client meetings with action items and follow-up • Organize the distribution of client deliverables • Create/prepare content for clients through conducting research, preparing surveys, comparative analysis, etc. • Support the CEO and COO with business development, development of marketing materials, and general client delivery support

• Cultivate, foster, and grow long-term trusted partnerships with client stakeholders • Provide clients project management advisory support • Develop master project management plans with detailed deliverables and timeline • Prioritize project deliverables by workstream and resources • Maintain and refresh project status daily • Provide project timeline and deliverable schedule and updates as needed • Coordinate with Audacia team to ensure on-time delivery of work product and oversee work product quality control • Coordinate with Audacia sub-contractors to ensure on-time delivery of work product and oversee work product quality control • Lead on-going interna team project meetings • Provide client weekly written status updates • Liaison with client regarding project deliverables and problem resolution • Coordinate and lead client meetings as needed • Manage project hours and reporting • Create PPT, reports, etc. as needed
