• Design, operate, and enhance automated infrastructure platforms • Operate and scale container orchestration environments • Drive automation to improve reliability, consistency, and operational efficiency • Collaborate with engineering teams to improve deployment and runtime environments • Manage Synology storage systems for data storage, backup, and replication • Apply security best practices across infrastructure and platforms • Troubleshoot complex issues across containers, virtualization, and storage

• Maintain and improve IT and cyber security governance frameworks • Own and manage IT security policies, standards, and procedures • Ensure IT controls meet organizational security requirements • Act as a key link between IT, engineering, and the Security & Compliance team • Support ISO certifications and external/internal audit activities • Assist with audit preparation, evidence collection, and remediation • Maintain accurate and audit‑ready compliance documentation • Identify and manage IT and cyber security risks

• Lead the handover from the external implementation partner • Become the primary internal expert and own the Microsoft Fabric BI platform • Ensure the platform is robust, secure, scalable, and well‑documented • Own and develop Fabric Data Factory pipelines and ingestion patterns • Build and maintain PySpark / Spark SQL notebooks • Implement validation, reconciliation, and anomaly‑detection checks • Design and maintain Semantic Models (measures, relationships, RLS, Direct Lake)
