Role Description Atheer Connectivity is a Saudi deep-tech startup building the future of last-mile wireless connectivity through mmWave technology. We are growing fast and looking for a Marketing Manager to join as the founding member of our marketing function. This is a high-ownership, zero-to-one role. You will not be joining an existing team — you will be building the marketing department from scratch. That means setting the foundation: brand voice, content, campaigns, and partnerships. You will work directly with the CEO and leadership, and your output will have immediate, visible impact on how Atheer is perceived in the market. If you are someone who thrives on ambiguity, moves fast, and has a track record of making things happen with limited resources, this role is built for you. Qualifications - 2 to 3 years of marketing experience, ideally in a startup, agency, or high-growth environment - Demonstrable track record of owning and executing marketing initiatives end-to-end - Strong written communication in both English and Arabic - Comfortable working independently with minimal structure and no playbook to follow - A bias for action — you ship things, learn, and improve Requirements - Experience across multiple marketing disciplines (content, paid, brand, comms) rather than one narrow specialty - Familiarity with paid media platforms and the ability to read and act on campaign data - Experience managing or coordinating external agencies or freelancers - Exposure to B2B or enterprise marketing alongside B2C - Background in tech, telecom, or infrastructure sectors Benefits - Direct access to leadership and real decision-making authority - A product that is genuinely differentiated — mmWave wireless technology solving a real infrastructure problem - A lean, fast-moving team where impact is visible and recognized - Competitive compensation with equity participation
