• Lead and execute digital marketing strategy across social, email, web, and paid channels • Develop and optimize campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion • Leverage AI and emerging tools to increase efficiency, creativity, and performance • Analyze performance metrics and continuously refine campaigns based on data insights • Collaborate cross-functionally with fundraising, programs, and leadership teams • Manage external partners and/or internal resources as needed
