• develop and deliver innovative medical communications projects • produce high-quality scientific content for a range of printed and computer-based scientific materials • review and interpret data from preclinical and clinical research articles and clinical study reports • assist with editing and proofreading of text written by other team members • participate in client meetings / teleconferences and attend scientific meetings

• Lead and shape high-value new business opportunities, particularly in medical affairs and promotional medical education. • Act as a senior scientific and strategic voice in client discussions, positioning AMC as a long-term partner. • Lead and drive proposal and pitch development, ensuring clear value propositions and compelling scientific narratives for pharma decision-makers. • Partner with global Growth colleagues to build and convert a strong new business pipeline. • Engage directly with senior pharma and biotech stakeholders to understand challenges and identify growth opportunities. • Support early-stage opportunity shaping and strategic growth conversations, with a primary focus on the US market. • Build and maintain strong industry relationships that support long-term growth. • Apply deep medical communications expertise to proposal strategy, pitch development, and solution design. • Translate complex scientific and medical content into clear, commercially relevant client messaging. • Support the positioning of AMC’s evolving offer, including innovative and emerging solutions across the Inizio network. • Work closely with scientific, medical, and client service teams across AMC. • Collaborate with Inizio Medical partners to deliver integrated, differentiated solutions. • Contribute to growth best practices, tools, and enablement initiatives within the Global Growth Team.

• Lead a large, complex medical publications account, ensuring consistent delivery excellence • Serve as a strategic partner to clients, building trusted, long-term relationships • Oversee end-to-end execution of abstracts, posters, manuscripts, and related publication assets • Ensure strict adherence to publications standards, compliance requirements, and timelines • Drive rigorous workflow and approval management using iEnvision • Provide strong financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and accurate invoicing • Anticipate risks, solve problems proactively, and maintain alignment across stakeholders
