Role Description Artisan Chiropractic Clinic is seeking a professional Virtual Assistant Agency to provide ongoing bilingual (English/Spanish) administrative and patient communication support for our multi-location chiropractic practice in the DMV area. This is a remote partnership opportunity for an agency capable of staffing coverage during our operating hours. Qualifications - Agency must provide bilingual English & Spanish-speaking virtual assistants - Strong verbal communication skills - Experience in healthcare, medical scheduling, or chiropractic offices preferred - Ability to handle high call volumes professionally - Familiarity with HIPAA-compliant communication practices - Experience using EHR systems (ChiroTouch preferred; training provided) - Ability to generate daily/weekly activity reports Requirements - Required Coverage: - Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Eastern Time) - Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM (Eastern Time) - Agency staff may operate from any time zone, provided quality coverage aligns with Eastern Time.
