• Diagnose business bottlenecks and determine if AI is the appropriate intervention, then design and deploy the solution. • Map complex workflows, identify constraints using the Theory of Constraints, and design AI-powered solutions to mitigate them. • Integrate AI capabilities via APIs and apply advanced patterns such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and multi-agent orchestration. • Evaluate emerging tools, document effective patterns, and create reusable AI foundations for the organization. • Implement essential safety measures, including prompt injection defenses, data leakage prevention, and output filtering.
