Job Title: Sr. Director of Retail Media Job Type: Full-Time (Remote) ARMRA Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9 am - 6 pm EST About ARMRA: ARMRA® was born from a near-fatal health crisis that forced its Founder & CEO, Dr. Sarah Rahal, to uncover what modern life has stolen. As a pediatric neurologist, she turned to exhaustive research and ancient wisdom to find a solution—not just for herself, but for the growing health crisis affecting us all. Your body isn’t broken—it’s brilliantly designed for strength, resilience, and vitality. But the modern world scrambles the signal, disconnecting you from the intelligence encoded within. ARMRA Colostrum™ is nature’s original blueprint with 400+ bioactive nutrients that restore what modern life strips away. It works at the cellular level to remind your body of its original code and reawaken its innate intelligence—so you can reclaim your birthright to thrive. Data & Insights - Regularly report on channel performance and share actionable insights with leadership to guide business decisions. - Lead forecasting and contribute to company-wide planning around revenue targets and marketing budgets. Cross-Functional Collaboration - Partner with Creative, Brand, Operations, Finance, and Product to support launches, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies across all growth channels. - Collaborate with the CX team to ensure best-in-class customer experiences across all marketplaces and partners. Team Leadership - Manage and develop team members and agency partners supporting Amazon and other growth channels. - Foster a high-performance, data-driven culture with a collaborative mindset. Qualifications & Skills: - 7–10+ years of experience in Amazon marketing, eCommerce, or growth strategy—ideally in a fast-paced, CPG or health/wellness environment. - Proven track record of growing revenue and share through Amazon advertising, optimization, and cross-channel growth strategies. - Strong command of Amazon Seller Central, ad platforms, and analytics tools (e.g., Helium10, Pacvue, Jungle Scout). - Deep understanding of DTC and marketplace dynamics; experience in omnichannel brand or retail launches is a strong plus. - Strong analytical and strategic skills—you can translate numbers into narratives and action plans. - Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. - Passionate about health & wellness and building a brand that makes an impact.
