Austin Regional Manufacturers Association (ARMA)

• Support the Staccato commercial sales business by maintaining and developing our current commercial business • Working directly with the Field Operations Director, manage accounts to grow the Staccato brand • Work with buyers at accounts to help grow the Staccato brand • Manage pricing updates, educate buyers on product, vendor agreements, new product launches, and returned product • Support commercial trade shows and attend events hosted by accounts • Set up customer appointments to discuss Staccato business • Use CRM tool to manage accounts and report to Field Operations Director and EVP of Sales • Monthly reporting on all accounts • Maintain working knowledge of Staccato products, competitors, and customer base • Build out a budget for specific accounts • Provide assistance where required
