Role Description We are seeking a motivated Customer Service Representatives to serve as the first point of contact for customers. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position. In this role, you will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and deliver a positive customer experience to our client's customers. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency. - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - Provide product and service information to customers and assist with troubleshooting. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly. - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. - Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved and they are satisfied with the service. - Contribute to the development and improvement of customer service processes and procedures. Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent. - Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a similar industry. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure. - Proficiency with customer service software and tools. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. - A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.
