Role Description We’re looking for an AI Automation Specialist who can help established businesses use AI and automation in practical, measurable ways. This is a remote 1099 contract role with the potential to convert to a full-time W2 position for the right person. This is not a strategy-only role. We need someone who can actually build, deploy, test and improve AI-powered workflows inside real business environments. What You’ll Do - Deploy AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT within business environments, ideally using Team or Enterprise-level subscriptions - Build and maintain automation workflows using n8n, Zapier or similar tools - Connect AI tools into daily operations so teams can reduce repetitive manual work - Help businesses improve turnaround times, internal capacity and overall efficiency - Design, test and refine workflows that support real operational needs - Work with business teams to understand bottlenecks and turn them into practical automation solutions - Troubleshoot, improve and document workflows as they evolve Qualifications - Hands-on experience implementing Claude, ChatGPT or similar AI tools in business settings - Experience with Team or Enterprise-level AI subscriptions is strongly preferred - Strong automation experience with n8n preferred; Zapier experience is also valuable - Ability to build practical workflows that solve real business problems - Comfort working independently in a remote contract role - Strong communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into working systems - A bias toward implementation, testing and iteration — not just recommendations Benefits - Remote work - 1099 contract to start - Potential to convert to full-time W2 employment - Best fit for someone who enjoys building useful systems, improving workflows and helping businesses operate more efficiently Compensation - USD 40.00 - USD 60.00 hourly

Role Description We’re looking for a true ticket crusher. Someone who doesn’t just respond to issues—you hunt them down, figure them out, and close them out clean. This is a fast-paced MSP environment supporting multiple clients, multiple systems, and a steady stream of real-world problems that don’t always have clean answers. If you like bouncing between environments, figuring out why something broke, and being the person others go to when things get weird—you’ll fit here. This isn’t a “reset passwords all day” role — you’ll be the person tickets get escalated to when things aren’t obvious and need real troubleshooting. If you’re the type who hates leaving loose ends, takes pride in solving weird issues, and doesn’t need your hand held, you’ll fit right in.
